OtterThon Dance Marathon raises over $7K for Nationwide Children’s

The students at Otterbein University held their 9th annual OtterThon Dance Marathon to raise funds for the kiddos at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

Together, over 125 students helped to unite for a common cause as they danced, zumba’d, played games, made crafts, and ate great food over the course of their 8-hour dance marathon at Otterbein University. This group of students connected with their friends and family to help kids all throughout central Ohio and the United States to ensure that every kiddo has access to the best medical care possible.

Led by Audrey Gremmer, President of Otterthon, the students at Otterbein participated in a variety of activities including a moral dance, bracelet making, blanket making, silent disco, and even writing cards to kiddos at NCH.

All in all, they were able to raise $7,040.50 for the children at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Thank you to the students on the executive board, the student body and faculty that helped drive success, and for the families and friends that helped the students along the way.
