Thank you for 30 years Speedway!

Speedway is fueling miracles for kids at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.  Thanks to the generosity of Speedway customers during their Miracle Weekend pushes, donations collected have made a difference in the Columbus community by raising funds to improve medical treatments, equipment, and facilities.  These funds allow Nationwide Children’s Hospital to address the most challenging health issues of today but also prevent and prepare for those to come.

Patients like Maddie who was diagnosed with CDKL5, a rare genetic disorder are able to benefit from the donations made by Speedway and their customers.  Maddie was told that she would never walk or talk.  At age 5, Maddie is learning to walk with a walker and is able to say some words.  The funds collected from Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals partners like Speedway, are able to bring miracles to families like Maddie’s year over year.

Speedway’s partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals began in 1991 and has since raised more than $133 million for the children’s charity through various fundraising activities. Since 1999, the Speedway locations in the Columbus Market have raised over $4.6 million for the kids at Nationwide Children’s Hospitals!
