Speedway has a record breaking year at Nationwide Children’s Hospital!

Speedway®, a part of the 7-Eleven family of brands, is fueling miracles for kids and their families a Nationwide Children’s Hospital, a member hospital of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, March 17, 2022. It is important that children’s hospitals have the support they need to help kids receive the best possible care.

Patients like Payton benefit from the generosity of our CMN Hospital partners like Speedway.  When Payton was born she had no known health conditions. During her one-week check-up her pediatrician heard a heart murmur and referred her to Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Heart Center to take a closer look at her heart. There they determined she had a hole in her heart and went through 8 hours of open hear surgery.  Today, Payton is a thriving 9 year old girl who loves to sing and spend time with her family.

Speedway has been a proud partner of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals since 1984 and had a record breaking year in 2021 by raising $638,873.10 locally for Nationwide Children’s Hospital! Their support has brought joy and healing to kids treated in the hospital in many ways and they understand children’s hospitals are on the frontlines when it comes to protecting the health of future generations.
