Extra Life’s Final $5 Push

Extra Life is a CMN Hospitals fundraising program within the gaming community. Participants fundraise all year long and pledge to game for 24 hours with the mantra of “Play Games, Heal Kids”. Extra Life participants can play any games, on any platform they choose including mobile devices and board games. All funds raised through Extra Life stay local to help the patients at the chosen CMN Hospital. To learn more about Extra Life, please visit Extra-Life.org.

As the fundraising year with Extra Life comes to a close, 325 gamers have raised over $38,000 for Nationwide Children’s Hospital!

To all 325 Extra Life Participants – you all are part of a movement of gamers and this year, you have the chance to be apart of history – over $9 MILLION raised in one year with Extra Life for CMN Hospitals. Inspired by the amazing work done by gamers all over the country? Us, too – and we need your help to get there! If each gamer raises an additional $5, we’d reach this goal together!

WE NEED YOUR HELP! If all Columbus gamers took on the $5 Challenge, over $40,000 would be raised for Nationwide Children’s Hospital and more than $9 Million across the country!

…so what does $5 mean? $5 could be…

  • A fancy holiday drink from Starbucks
  • A foot-long sub from Subway
  • A triple scoop from Jeni’s Ice Cream
  • Student movie ticket to Gateway Film Center
  • Favorite meal at a fast food restaurant

You can post on social media, send texts and emails, or even give your friends and relatives a call to let them know about this last minute push to raise just $5 more! Remember, Extra Life fundraising doesn’t end until December 31, 2016! Take the Extra Life Final $5 Challenge TODAY!
