Cleat Crew Makes an Impact at Nationwide Children’s – Thanks to The Shoe Surgeon, 7-ELEVEN, & Speedway Stores!

College star athletes teamed up with 7-Eleven and Speedway stores along with luxury designer, The Shoe Surgeon to create their own custom pair of cleats, fans bid on through weekly auctions which coincided with some of the most anticipated football games of the season. The program, Cleat Crew allows star athletes to help raise critical funds for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, benefitting local member hospitals throughout the U.S. in each athlete’s community. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals raises funds for 170 children’s hospitals across the U.S. and Canada, helping make sure every child receives the best possible care.

Marvin Harrison Jr.’s scored the leading bid. Approximately 20 patient champions and families gathered for a private meet-n-greet with Harrison. Thank you, Marvin, for supporting Nationwide Children’s and showing kids what hard work and determination may bring!
