Christmas in July!

On July 29th Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundations team and The Blitz radio station teamed up to host their annual summer Blitz toy drive! The Blitz toy drive allows people from all over Columbus to drive by The Blitz radio station to donate toys that will be distributed between the Big Lots Behavioral Health Pavilion and the main hospital here at Nationwide Children’s.

The hospital invited 3 very special patient champions, Abigail, Aidan, and Nylah to help celebrate all the toys being donated by the people of Columbus! Nationwide Children’s Hospital does not only thrive to make sure their kiddos are safe and healthy, but to make sure they are living out their child experiences, and toys play a big role in a child’s experience!

With that being said, we would like to thank the Columbus community for coming together to ensure these children get the best experience while on the road to recovery. The event was filled with a lot of love and care for the children here at Nationwide Children’s Hospital!
