Cheers to 2017!

Happy New Year and best wishes for a prosperous year in 2018! As our team is looking forward to another incredible year ahead of us, we want to look back and celebrate some of YOUR success over the past year!

All of our Miracle Network Dance Marathons had record breaking years in 2017! We are so proud of the students at The Ohio State University and Otterbein University for making miracles possible for the kids being treated at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Several of our Corporate Partners have business that is BOOMING in the Central Ohio area. With new locations opening, we met new store associates who were just as passionate about helping local kids and led their organization to record-breaking fundraising totals! Costco, Love’s Travel Shops and IHOP all continue to amaze us with their commitment to helps kids being treated at their local CMN Hospital.

Our Walmart and Sam’s Club stores INCREASED their fundraising despite having to put their campaign on hold due to Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. Our stores never let that rattle them, but used it, instead, to push their teams even more to raise vital dollars to help kids at Nationwide Children’s.

Our Radiothon with Sunny 95 saw another increase in 2017! They were nervous about going on their air at the same time as all the relief efforts in Texas and Florida, but they showed us, again, that the people of Central Ohio will always show up and give to provide life-saving care for kids being treated at their local hospital!

And, definitely the best of all, was watching one of our Radiothon kids spend his first Christmas at home. Little Ashton was originally told by doctors that he would never go home…that there was nothing that could be done to save him. But with a mom who refused to give up and the team at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Ashton proved those first doctors wrong. His Christmas miracle story was the perfect way to wrap up an amazing year!

Thank you to all of our partners and programs for your relentless support of our kids and their families. Without your hard work and dedication, stories like these would not be possible.

Who’s ready to take on 2018?
