BuckeyeThon, Nationwide Children’s Hospital THANKS YOU!

On February 8th, the students of BuckeyeThon at The Ohio State University came together, to make miracles while dancing and singing alongside patient champions for 12 straight hours.

Participants in this year’s dance marathon were fundraising for the amazing and nationally ranked Oncology and Hematology Department at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. After hours of dancing, fundraising, and making a difference, the students raised over $853,000!

Since the first Dance Marathon in 2002, BuckeyeThon has surpassed raising a total of $15 million dollars for the patients of NCH! Thank you to the students, the Office of Student Life, donors, sponsors, community partners, and the family members of each student. You are helping to change kids health to change the future!

Needless to say, we are excited for BuckeyeThon 2026!
