Bringing Extra Life to Microsoft

Here is another #ThrowbackThursday with our friends from Extra Life. Our local Microsoft at the Easton Town Center hosted members of the Columbus Extra Life Guild while they streamed Microsoft’s annual E3 Conference. Guild members got the opportunity to interact with Microsoft customers and explain to them how they can fundraise for Nationwide Children’s Hospital while doing something they love doing – playing games! They also had the chance to interact with the 2017 Extra Life Patient Champion, Deacon, who loves playing video games and fundraising, too! Last year, he raised over $1200 for the American Red Cross! Thanks to the incredible generosity of Microsoft, they gave Deacon a new Xbox One S system so he can keep up to date on all the great Xbox games (and of course talk all about them with Extra Lifers). Plus, Extra Life was able to recruit more participants to the movement!
