Anatomy Fashion Show Held at Ohio Union
This past Sunday, Ohio State University’s chapter of Phi Delta Epsilon International Medical Fraternity held their Anatomy Fashion Show to benefit Nationwide Children’s Hospital through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Under the leadership of Julia Barbera, PhiDE’s second year event was a huge success! There were over 20 different systems of the body that were hand panted on the student models volunteering for the event. One model described that it took over 5 hours to complete the painting of their particular system but it was all worth it to see the finished product. All in all, PhiDE was able to utilize the Anatomy Fashion to raise awareness or childhood diseases and programs offered at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Through the event, OSU’s chapter of PhiDE was able to raise over $5,000 For The Kids of Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
